RM Income Solution provides residential and business internet connectivity, including fibre, cable, satellite, and wireless plans. Available speeds, technologies, and pricing vary by address and are confirmed at the time of order. Service is provided on a month-to-month basis unless a specific promotional term is agreed to in writing.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to subscribe to RM Income Solution service. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information accurate and current.
4. Fees & Billing
Monthly fees, any applicable setup or equipment charges, and taxes will be disclosed before you complete an order. Promotional pricing reverts to standard pricing after the promotional period ends, and we will provide reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malware, or interfere with the integrity or performance of our network or other users’ connections.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep your connection reliable, but occasional maintenance, third-party network issues, or events outside our control may cause interruptions. We are not liable for intermittent outages beyond our reasonable control.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel service at any time by contacting our support team. Because most plans are month-to-month, no early termination fee applies unless you are on a specific promotional contract that says otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Income Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
